Sales person was kinda rude. Called to inquire about a car. And they were like "do you have any questions?" Which I wasn't expecting and replied "does it run good?" And he replied "I can assure it does run good." Sounded like he was laughing at me. He said someone else was looking at it Saturday (it was a Thursday) and the only time I could look at it was Friday, if I had a check in hand. Which I did not. I was worried about that so I called back to ask if that would be a problem and it was a different person from before. I explained the situation and they redirected me to the shop number for some reason and told me the names of people to contact. Sounded like he was talking down to me and overall condescending. Didn't even say "thank you for calling so and so dealer, how can I help you?" Or a simple "goodbye". Bad experience. I got a newer model of the same car with less miles at a different dealer for $50 more than the list price. Don't do business here!

Awesome service! Great experience. No pressure at all! The salesman even stayed well over closing to get us what we needed. Marco was so polite and patient throughout the whole process.
