I’ve never had a sizing that was that proper. First full day in the boots and you can tell it was all because of those extra efforts

The sales associate was helpful and informative but I believe I was sold the wrong size insole and because of this I cannot wear them. I am hoping to return the item and get the correct size. Other than that, very happy.
