I needed to buy new shoes because I had a foot injury and needed to wear shoes with more arch support. Odette was very helpful in showing me a variety of shoes that fit well and provided the arch support that I needed. Without her help, I would have been roaming the store and not finding the correct shoes. Thank you!

Odette provided great customer service and gave me as much time as necessary to find the perfect shoe and the perfect fit. She has excellent knowledge and understanding of each product line and how it will serve each individual's needs. Having suffered with plantar fasciitis for almost 2 years I can confirm that having a high quality shoe with the appropriate support can make a big difference. Wonderful shopping experience today with Odette, she's incredibly patient and really listens to you. Experiencing her outstanding customer service in our current culture was absolutely refreshing! I highly recommend this store and will return again!

I never really shopped here before and was pleasantly pleased at the individual service I received from Kelly. I explained what I was looking for. She first checked the sales rack then pulled several suggestions of regular price. One if the pairs she showed me I immediately said I didn't like but she said they were very comfortable. Surprisingly after trying them on I loved them. Unfortunately, it was the end if Kelly's shift and her ride was waiting for me. She kindly explained the situation and explained Katy would help me. Katy was super also. I left being a very happy customer with two pairs if shoes and socks. Totally recommend RB Shaps for wonderful personalized service and quality shoes.

For anyone who wants superb service by caring employees don’t hesitate to check out RB Shap shoe store. I have very hard to fit feet and Shap was able to find shoes to meet my needs. I will continue to shop there and am very grateful for their help.

I have balance issues as well as nerve damage in my feet and had multiple foot surgeries so shoe shopping is difficult for me until RB Shap. Jennifer, the saleswoman, was unbelievable I think she brought 20 pairs of shoes for me to try before I found the ones that I bought.

My mom's 90 going on 91. Katie our salesperson went above and beyond. It's difficult getting mom out and finding shoes that she's comfortable in. Shaps is the only place this is possible. Due to Mom's balance and mobility issues, Katie worked like a trooper until we located both summer AND adorable fur lined shoes she felt comfortable in and looked nice on her. With water retention Katie was able to find real shoes that worked and are adjustable and stylish. She is an amazing employee, she was patient, kind and totally all in on my mom leaving with shoes that fit her. All I can say is I am so thankful for her patience and her grandparents and parents are so blessed to have raised such a loving and hard worker. Thank you for the time spent, the many, many runs for shoes, measuring her feet and fitting her properly. Yes we definitely will be back and make sure we see her for any additional footwear needs. If you have an elderly diva, Katie is the go to!
