Kory and Sheila are always incredibly prompt in responding and provide insightful recommendations to provide a top-quality product. Truthfully, I cannot think of one instance in all the years working with them that there was anything wrong with what was produced or a less than experience. If I could give 10 stars, I would.”

“We used image 360 to replace our main road sign. To be honest a few other companies gave us a lower quote. However, the response time was fast and they did not charge us to come out and measure the sign as a few other companies wanted to. The product was amazing and we couldn’t be happier, we highly recommend image 360”
“Ryan and his team worked with me until I was able to get the photo correct. they offered same-day service, which was excellent as this was a last-minute birthday present for a very good friend. I can’t say enough in an age where customer service has gone by the wayside. They really went out of their way to make sure that I got what I needed in a timely fashion.
I also want to add that when I picked up the product they were extremely kind and well mannered and it is a quality product.”

“I can't speak highly enough of Gall Laminating in Lancaster. I live out of town, but make occasional trips to have my education curriculum laminated at Gall because there are no large-format lamination services locally. Jay and the staff are always friendly and very accommodating, and were even kind enough to hold a print for several weeks while I had surgery. It's hard to find personal, small businesses these days, and I will happily continue to support this one!”

Nathan helped me out, explained everything clearly, walked me through pricing options, and even suggested an option where I could save some money. What I thought would be a stressful process turned out to be a breeze thanks to his patience and expertise. Both Nathan and his colleague who were also working at the store were so friendly and accommodating, despite having to close late and open early. Their professionalism really made a lasting impression on me, so much that I had to write this review!!”

I needed a last second (less than 24 hours) order — 2 shirts, 2 different multi-color custom designs....the total time from when I gave them an idea of what I was looking for, to the time my shirts were printed and ready for pickup was ONLY ONE HOUR!! I’ve never experienced that level of speedy service that resulted in such a high quality product!! I’ve already told numerous friends about them and will undoubtedly be using them for future orders.”
“I recently purchased an Epson printer to replace the one that died. I had a question about ink since the new one took a different cartridge. I coulnd't find any staff and went to the cashier. Christelia tried to locate someone to help but no one was around. She left her post (no customers were in sight) to answer my questions. When I checked out she helped me change the PW on the Staples app (it thwarted my numerous attempts to change it the day before). Through out my questions, checking out, and the app problem she was knowledgeable, efficient and very patient. I really appreciated her assistance.”
“This is a drop location for FedEx but they need better wording on the Google account. It's connected to the office max. They can't scan the QR codes. If you find Yourself there confused like I was. I hope you're lucky and Gavyn is there to help you, he was patient and kind.”
“Ordered a laptop online for store pickup. It was ready for pickup in 30 minutes. Went to the store to pickup my laptop and was in and out in less then 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly. Without a doubt I will be doing more business with Staples”
