They have some really nice inventory that's in perfect condition. The person responsible for loading furniture onto the dolly to wheel it to the loading area doesn't care. He damaged my dresser and then the staff acted like I was overreacting when I mentioned how carelessly they are handling expensive pieces. They just take money off and told me it happens everyday. I would not recommend buying furniture here.

Everything is overpriced here. I thought that the outlet may have better pricing, and while they do, it's on quite a lot of damaged items that you wouldn't want to take home with you. The store does have a lot to look at and a wide variety. Overall, it's decent but I'd skip.

Excellent location. I love following their Instagram as they share every few days their current inventory and sales. The store is super organized and things aren't tossed and a mess like so many outlets.

I've been to the Pottery Barn several times in Lancaster the customer service is excellent and on point. I needed drapes and they went up and beyond to help me. I found one of them in the box where everything is 70% off. I needed 8 they looked up the sku# and went in back and found 4 sets of them they come 2 in a pack. Iam actually going back tomorrow.

I honestly do not understand the negative reviews. The staff was very helpful, the prices were great and overall it was a very nice experience. The furniture they receive is primarily returns, so it’s common to find some damage on them, that’s why they get marked down so much. We bought 3 dressers with holes in the back but other than that they’re in great shape and we saved a ton. None of the staff were rude to us or our children. I will definitely be returning.

The staff was non existent & the store was filled with basically junk. Extremely messy. I drove almost 2 hours and would say it wasn’t worth it at all. Maybe another time of year or even the week it would be. Went on Labor Day.

Great experience and they are on point with their social media account! I was able to monitor their Instagram and when they received the couch I was looking for they posted it right away! All the staff are professional and very helpful.

Over priced for an outlet and you have to buy 3 or more things to even start getting a discount. You're better off buying new and using a coupon code.
