Lily and Janell made this day absolutely perfect!! I'll admit, I was nervous about trying dresses on especially since it was my first time and first experiences are important. Lily made me feel not only comfortable but at home! From the drinks, to the dresses, to the happy tears....I couldn't imagine choosing any place other than POSH for my bridal gown experience!! Not only did I leave with my dream dress, but I also left feeling like part of a family! Lily, Janell....keep making brides feel beautiful, you are appreciated! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

I am grateful that I got my wedding gown from Posh Bridal and felt absolutely stunning in my dress! It was so helpful to have Janell and Lily alongside my family and I from engagement to wedding day. They made sure every detail was perfect! I loved being able to bring along my mom, dad, mother-in law, and bridesmaid when I tried on wedding gowns. Lily is the perfect person to help you find your perfect dress and made the moment I found my gown unforgettable! They also altered my mom's dress and made her feel beautiful as well! I don’t know why brides would go anywhere else! Lily and Janell are simply the best in the business. From start to finish these ladies gave me memories to last a life time. When I found the dress in November, it was like a fairytale moment. When I came home from the appointment I told my fiancé he would be a puddle when he saw me—and I was right!! The alterations done on the dress somehow made it even more stunning. At style on the aisle, which is well worth every penny, I found a second mini dress for my rehearsal and after party. Janell, being the bridal gown designer she is, sized me up and knew immediately the type of drama I was looking for in the dress! They had the dress ready in time for me to fly it to Seattle, where I was getting married. There was not a dry eye in the house and I received a million compliments on the entire ensemble from veil to dress to hair piece! I felt truly royal! If you are looking for a team that truly obsesses over you and their craft, don’t go anywhere else! I can’t wait for my sisters to get married so we can relive the experience all again. I am waiting for photos to come back so attaching some now and will update more

My experience at Posh bridal was very disappointing. It started off great at my first appointment where Lilly brought the energy and fun! However, when my dress came in 6 months later and I went to try it on it was huge. They discussed having to make excessive alterations from parts of the dress that I loved because it was too big. When I mentioned it was too big I was told “not everyone’s a perfect size 8” as well as other comments that dismissed my concerns. There was supposed to be extra lace ordered to make new straps and they forgot to order that. I left feeling discouraged and crying. I then found that my receipt from my first appointment did say size 8, but the receipt from the time it came in said size 12. At some point there was a mistake and it was never identified by them and brushed off when I expressed my concerns. They did the right thing by having me come in the next day to “show me the size chart”. It wasn’t until I started crying again that they finally admitted they made a mistake. Luckily I got my dress very early and they were able to order me the a size 10 dress at no extra charge. After I was still disappointed in the dress they offered to give me free alterations, however I decided to get my alterations elsewhere as the whole situation was unsettling.

I said yes to the dress at POSH!! The whole experience from start to finish just doesn’t compare to other shops. They make you feel so special and are so easy going. They made sure to listen to and prioritize your needs. Would definitely come back for another dress if I could ?

This is my first time ever looking for a bridal store and I have to say it was more than AMAZING. The service, quality, environment and experience is great, I did visit others store after this one but not one had the customer service, the selection of dresses, the environment that we deserve has future brides. They made me feel like a queen choosing her dream dress. Always taking pictures and videos for me to keep as momentum’s and making my “Say yes to the dress” a celebration. I highly recommend you bride to visit POSH Bridal

Janell and Lily from POSH became like family to me throughout my wedding journey. From guiding me through bridal concerns to ensuring my dress was perfectly packed for our destination wedding, their expertise and bond as a team were invaluable. They even connected me with Lily's mom for alterations on my rehearsal dinner dress and recommended where to go for suits for the groomsmen. My experience with POSH was truly memorable and I am grateful for their support and friendship.

The movies have always lead us to believe that picking out our wedding gown is the most quintessential coming-of-age moment any woman could have. There is so much hype leading up to this day that I couldn’t help but feel like... maybe it’s all a bit overrated? But the day I walked into POSH with my mom, sister, and mother-in-law, I was greeted by the warmest bridal consultant, Lily, who instantly gave me the feeling that I was, in fact, on a movie set. After feeling like I had found ~the dress~, Lily and Janell popped me into a pair of heels, handed me a pretend bouquet and emphasized how much of a special moment this truly is. Finding my dress at POSH was pure movie magic. Thank you, Lily and Janell.

I found my dream dress at POSH bridal!! Even before stepping into the shop, Lily made me feel so cared for by reaching out just to share her excitement for me! The overall experience was magical as well. It was a rainy day but Lily and Janell made sure to keep things lively! I’ve never felt so warm and welcomed in a bridal shop before! Both took the time to answer my questions and was prepared with back-up looks and styles for me to try on. They definitely set the tone for a supportive environment! Prior to my appointment at POSH Bridal, I struggled to find "the dress" and had been to 4 other bridal shops. At our wedding tasting, I met another bride who told me I HAD to go to POSH and I figured I truly had nothing to lose. I had an initial consultation with Lily over the phone days prior and then had Janell for my actual consultation. I was truly blown away. The shop itself feels so intimate and comfortable. Initially, I was a bit terrified that the shop carried an average dress price that was higher than my budget and did not think I would be able to find anything due to this. However, Janell was extremely responsive to my concerns and actually honored them. I had been to bridal shops which brought out dresses $500 or more over my budget and did not inform me until after I had them on. POSH has a color system for dress tags to make it much easier to decipher which dresses are within a certain range or not.
Janell is absolutely incredible. She radiates knowledge and expertise. I actually ended up saying yes to the first dress she brought me. While this may sound silly, one thing I appreciated so much is that Janell is so skilled in actually getting dresses on. I felt as though each dress actually fit me, even though they all had to be clipped. It is very difficult to feel confident in selecting a dress when bridal consultants do not clip dresses well.
The overall experience was great and I would highly recommend this shop. It has been such an amazing and calming feeling to know that for the rest of the wedding dress process, I am in the BEST hands. Thank you Lily and Janell!!
