Got started with PNC because they had a branch next to where I worked. That was about 13 years ago. The people at that branch were great, had good relationships with them. They helped me out with various banking needs.Flash forward to now. Due to some recent professional changes, I have an increased variety of more important business needs, and thy are really stepping up. My banker (the branch manager no less) is awesome. She responds almost immediately to emails. She is very patient and helpful, and took the time to help me understand some of the things that I'm getting into now, things that are very unfamiliar. There's been a couple things between then and now. It hasn't always felt personal, but when I'm typically only in a branch once every year or two, it's never going to. The various branches I've been at have all been great, but this one has been the best so far.

Worst bank in Lancaster county. They have a way of making customers feel like they're worthless.

PNC is the greatest bank that I ever had. They're very nice, professional, and very polite. I highly recommend them

Great experience at Drive Thru. All 3 lanes open on a Friday. 2 other branches had long waits (45+minutes).

Pathetic staff, I went to get a new debt card as they can print one on the spot. The guy (Troy) who received us said we must be carrying a US passport as well as Green card with us in order to print a replacement. I told him we have a driving license and our old PNC card but he denied giving us a card. He also giving us ridiculous suggestions that we always carry our GC while driving too. This dude dont know that we need to carry a DL to drive a car, also he must understand that DMV do not provide a dL without checking GC. This is total absurd, I say PNC would lose customers here at this location for sure... i wud never go again.. from here i went to different PNC and they printed a debt card right away checking our DL. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH FOR ANY EMERGENCY LOANS OR ANY BUSINESS, u wud end up sadly as u will see it urself as others felt in their many reviews...

For a large national bank brand, they are refreshingly personal. I have used them for personal and business accounts without any major issues for almost a decade. Fees are reasonable and in line with most major banks. Their basic banking products are essentially fee-free if you meet the minimum balance requirements. I do a lot of business with online-only banks, but it is still good to have a banking relationship with a local bank where you can talk in person to a human.

Completely unhelpful staff. Went to get some documentation for my mortgage application and they said they couldn't help and I would have to call the online banking number. Fortunately, I had just gotten off the phone with the online banking department and they told me to come to the branch. They then told me they would have to order the documents and it would be $3 per document and take 2 weeks. Did not try to work with me to solve the problem at all. I had to come up with alternatives and workarounds which they shot down. Luckily, I decided to try another branch. The teller there was very helpful and found a solution for me.

Went into this branch to open an account. They said I am sorry you can't open an account without an appointment. Who turns away business. Sad thing is I have multiple accounts here.
