Very bad customer service. I waited in the line but the front desk couldn’t help me just for withdrawing money & needed to go back to the line again & got help from another personNot happy cuz. the excuse made was HE HAS NO CASH IN HIS COUNTER.

They have incredible banking skills with all consumers and owners of the businesses. They have a large parking spaces. . They have their withdrawal, deposit for cash and debit card or credit card. They have quality and excellent employees and staffs are friendly and generous helpful nice all customers and services. They are very cleaned and organized well. They have a parking space. They are assist people with loans and other businesses purpose. They are very intelligent and wonderful nice and great work.

Came in with an account I signed up for online. Woman at the teller told me they couldn’t make me a card there, I’d have to come back earlier tomorrow (aka they didn’t feel like doing it close to closing) so the woman in the office has me sign some paperwork and tells me my card will come in 2-3 business days. A week later I call PNC customer service and they said the cards come in 7 business days. This branch is lazy and uninformed. Don’t go here.

I've been a PNC customer for years. I've moved to a different state and needed to establish a new safety deposit box between two addresses, mine and my POA in the event of an emergency. I contacted this particular PNC branch regarding their availability of safety deposit boxes and hours of operation. I was informed that I would not be able to just walk into the branch for this service as it required an appointment? I stated that I would be there in approximately an hour. The clerk asked if I could arrive in 39-35 minutes. I stated that I lived outside of Reading near Kutztown and it would take me an hour to arrive. She stated that I would not be able to come in today as He has another person scheduled for that time. I need to find another bank!
