HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE! I WAS WAITING TO SPEAK TO JASMINE AND SHE WAS CHATTING IT UP WITH 2 SECURITY GUARDS FOR ABOUT 5 MNUTES. I LITERALLY HAD TO INTERRUPT THERE CONVERSATION TO ASK IF THEY WERE OPEN. IT WAS WELL BEFORE 7PM AND SHE RUDELY ANSWERED " YOU SEE MY LIGTHS ARE OFF?" ALL WHILE HER BACK IS STILL TURNED TO ME! IT WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME AND SHE WOULDNT HELP US. WHEN I PROCEEDED TO TELL HER THE TIME SHE JUST BRUSHED ME OFF UNTIL I JUST HAD TO WALK AWAY. I STRONGLY SUGGEST GETTING YOUR PIERCINGS DONE AT LOVISA:) SHE WAS ACTUALLY A HUMAN BEING AND HELPED US WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE AFTER CLOSING TIME!

Jasmine did the worst piercing ever. Now I'm struggling with my ear because of it and maybe loosing a part of it . Hospitalized, antibiotics. Doctors told me that in that specific part was NOT the area to do it.It's been licking for more than 3 months now and now I have health problema

Worst place. Is a non professional place and they use a non optimal procedure. My ear got infected and I have to receive surgery.

Samantha and Jasmine did a fantastic job!They were both pleasant, amusing, and helpful.I went there in search of a present for myself after a year of hard work.Samantha was able to assist me with applying for progressive leasing and then walking me through the various options available to me.I walked away with a lovely ring, necklace, andcharm! I would strongly advise anyone topay these ladies a visit to Banter, which is located in the Bon Ton wing.

Had a great visit. The young lady pierced both ears flawlessly. Answered a few questions I had. Even shot the breeze for a minute. Very pleasant and I'm going back. Worth the time and money

I brought my 3-year-old daughter here to have her ears pierced for the first time. The associates recommended having two people do it. When it came time to pierce her ears, one of the associates completely missed the mark and her earrings were obviously uneven. The girl who did the one ear correctly immediately said how bad it looked. The woman who messed up my daughter’s ear never apologized. Even better, she was the manager. She never apologized, never offered reimbursement, she completely walked away. The earring had to be removed and we had to come back to get the ear re-done. About 30 mins later we went back and were told we’d be taken care of immediately and yet we had to wait for probably 15-20 minutes. The girl who did her other ear correctly re-pierced her ear and it finally looked good. A third associate came over to us and said she was sorry, she couldn’t offer a reimbursement for the experience but she suggested we call customer service to see if something could be done. HORRIBLE, AWFUL, TERRIBLE. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here unless you want your child to be completely traumatized.

We took our 5 yr old daughter here to get her ears pierced and really wanted to have them both done at once,( after a not so great experience with one employee, bad day i guess??♀️) her coworker wanted to help me out but he couldnt do a double alone. So we ended up just going to another pagoda and a lady by the name of jasmine offered so nicely to do a double . And the gentleman (dynell) from the other store came over to help her . I can tell u from experience that dynells customer service well outweighed the bad . And we really appreciated it so much . Please tell him thank you for us

I've been to the Pagoda in Lebanon Pa, and Park city mall in Lancaster pa. You guys have the best customer service, as well as a great eye for detail, and design.
