I was here on Saturday and wanted to get my 6 month old baby pierced and jasmine refused to pierce my daughter with stainless steel when I told her gold gave her a reaction before and she said she doesn’t pierce with it so to go somewhere else to get my child to get pierced she was very disrespectful and said she was the manager. I will never come back here again.

They should simply close. I had an absolutely horrible experience here & urge everyone to stay away. Wish I could give less stars than 1 star… Worst customer service, terrible tone, vocabulary, body language, and appearance. Very poor staffing in general with extremely limited skillset even by those who are supposed to be managers. Products they sell are of ridiculously low quality and their extended warranty is a joke. Corporate number is ineffective.

I started at stand 24 we were waiting there for over 20 minutes. They were there talking amoung themselves. A person came up they went to help her right away. The guy there went over to help a bunch of guy while we were there before any of them. When we got to stand24 there was only one person they were helping. The guy basically ignored us, he wasn't helping anyone just standing there.I got fed up with them and went to stand 777. About 500 yards from 24.We got waited on right away. All the girls there were very professional and pleasant. We were waited on as soon as we got there. We will go back to 777 but 24 in my opinion should get rid of a couple employees that just stand around and only seem to want to help certain customers. We were not the only ones this happen to. Several other customers the same thing happened to at 24 and they also went to 777 and got service very quickly.

Ignore even though I was standing at the counter where the info was being taken. A bunch of guys were looking at jewelry and the male associate went directly to them. The female associate looked at me several times but still did not come over. The piercing associate said someone would be with us but just went back to her what the heck she was doing.. this was store 24. Store 777 however which was about 500 yards away had 3 women who apologized for stor 24. They were enthusiasticly helping pick out earrings. I get my ears pierced every year. The piercing associate made 100% sure the holes were exactly where I wanted them. Thank you 777 for turning my day around. I look forward to this every year and hope this store is still there next Christmas.
