I had a great experience adopting from Pet Pantry of Lancaster. The adoption coordinator, Steve, was very attentive. He quickly reviewed my application, making the process quick and easy so I could take her home the same day! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

dont come here if youre a college student or younger than 30. they will treat you horribly. my friend put in an application for the one older cat and they kept saying she wanted to adopt the one kitten. and just being really rude and ignorant. dont. come.

I recommend Pet Pantry of Lancaster. You can really tell they take care of their kitties. They spend time with them and get to know their personalities. They really take care of the place; it's super clean. Steve makes the adoption process really easy and you can tell he really loves what he does; caring for animals!

Very thorough with the animals health and great to work with throughout the adoption process. We adopted our first cat from pet pantry a year ago and came back this week for a second cat to keep her company :)

We just adopted the sweetest cat. The process was easy and quick. The staff were all friendly and you could tell how much they care about their “residents”. We were given the medical file and the kitty had already been spayed, microchipped, and vaccines up to date. We, and our new kitty, are very happy.

Was in today with my mom to donate some blankets, while I was there stopped in to see the cats!! OMG I fell in love with all of them!! If I had the needs I would have adopted all of them Especially Biggie ? He is so sweet and I just feel for him?? He needs a loving home and a family to love and care for him. He definitely deserves it!! And Mac oh my he is so friendly and such a cutie?

I adopted my two Kittens (Ellie and Flynn) from here and I won’t ever stop talking about the incredible experience. When I saw Ellie on Facebook I knew she needed to be mine and Steve made that happen. Flynn (Ellie’s brother) someone asking about him. After one day with Ellie i reached back out to Steve about getting Flynn if he wasn’t taken. Steve went out of his way to come in after hours for the adoption to work around my hours. Provided me with everything I needed. Thank you so much Steve and Pet pantry staff

They take amazing care of their animals. We adopted a kitten in Nov. She is the goofiest, sweetest little thing and fits perfectly in our family. We went back to snuggle and pet some of the current residents and they remembered us and the cat we adopted.
