Outside was clean and shiny. Inside still has some dust and crumbs. The inside was half done. The work was done half and wasn't really wroth paying for. The first time I visited the place they did a great job, but on my last visit they literally did the outside only, not happy with the recent experience.

The worst experience i ever had . they don't do the job as they said they would. the car was all dirty inside and outside my mom would have washed better in 1 hour. Not like them in 9 hours and the worst employees are Rude ,that's why i don't recommend ! beware! No stars 0

Horrible! Went a year ago, guy thinks females are stupid. Didn't even bother to detail the wheels, tried to distract me by showing me the clean carpets. Even called me while doing the work, saying I would need to pay a bit more than the $99 charge. Lesson learned, but going back to have service corrected is not for me, just never go back and tell about the dishonest service. Beware!

Don't be fooled by discounted prices offered by this establishment. Instead of paying $89/$99 for a $200 detailing, put your money towards the more expensive and more professional detailers. As a woman, it's hard to find a reliable place to take your car where you won't hear screaming and swearing coming from the shop. This is one such place. Owned by a pastor, two young boys do most of the work. The price is reasonable, they're good about getting you on the schedule. No heavy perfumes (I'm asthmatic), and quality work. I've never had my car detailed before, but I can see myself using these guys again. After 6 years of never having been detailed, it looks new.

I was really hoping this place would have been great because the price for a full detail was very reasonable. The service however was just ok. The only windows that were cleaned were the front ones. They only shampooed the bottom part of the seats. (I know this because my daughter is in a rear facing car seat and there was some dirt on the back of the seat from her shoes that should have been easily cleaned off had they been properly cleaned.) There was done dried up drinkable yogurt from my son on the inside of the door...not cleaned off. Those are just a few examples. The outside looked nice and shiny but I was more concerned about the inside being thoroughly cleaned and for a "full detail" I felt like it was lacking.

My husband and I have been using Personal Touch Detailing for the four years we have lived in Lancaster. We take our cars in twice a year and are very happy with the results. We recommend Personal Touch Detailing, the owner is very astute and answers all questions and resolved every issue we needed to be fixed by the detailing. This is a keeper!

We just moved to the area after a long road trip with our dog and our car was disgusting. I called Personal Touch Detailing in the morning and they set up an appointment that very day. They did a fantastic job detailing my car! It looked brand new! They worked quickly and handled my car with car. The service was excellent and they were very friendly and accommodating. They don't take credit cards, but I definitely recommend coming here!
