The staff didn’t even make eye contact with me when answering questions. It’s a shame when people who really want to adopt are treated in very dismissive ways. I saw I wasn’t the only person who had a poor experience with staff here.

i got both of my cats spayed, microchipped and they got their shots for less than my vet’s office charges for just one cat to be spayed. they are very kind and kept me updated when possible because they knew how bad my anxiety was. i definitely recommend them.
