We took our dog here for puppy classes and it was great. Michelle was a wonderful class instructor and would recommend her to anyone. They do group and private classes. Not unreasonable pricing either

I tried to bring my dogs here to be groomed on a Saturday. My appointment was supposed to be at 11 am. They called me at 8 the day of to tell me they had cancellations and of I could bring the dogs in that would be great, this would not have been a problem but during the course of the conversation they told me I would need to drop the dogs off at 11 or before and would not be able to pick them up until 4-6. They said this is because "on Saturdays they only can check people out from 4-6pm." I asked them how long grooming takes and they said 2-3 hours. So then I asked what do my dogs do the rest of the time they are stuck there for no reason and they said they put them in crates. So if you're a first time customer here and have a morning appointment on a Saturday they will take your dog, from them and then force them to be in a crate for more hours than they are being groomed. I waited3 weeks for this appointment and had to cancel because my dogs get anxiety being locked in a crate. Never heard of another groomer wanting to hold your dogs because they can only check you out from 4-6. Definitely would not recommend trying to do business with this place.

We took our dog to Positive Basic Training Class. Our instructor April was amazing. She is so knowledgable and talented at working with the dogs and dog parents. She has great skill in determining the way to help each dog succeed and helps find ways to overcome any individual issues the dog may have. She teaches is such a way that even inexperienced pet parents can understand and learn how to help thier dog be the best he/she can be.We highly reccomend training at Oscars!

This has been the best experience for dog boarding. The staff all care about the pets and the owners. Our puppo Lucy is excited to go there and spend time with the staff and other doggos. My heart feels full knowing she's in great hands with people who care about her.

First experience with boarding our 6yr old dog. The staff was very compassionate and sent me pictures and updates. I feel like she was under great care and they paid attention to her and her needs. She seemed very happy and relaxed when we picked her up. I would highly recommend Oscars and will be using them again in future!

I had boarded my cat there for 3 years and things were fine. When I went to pick him up the third year I was handed a card for cat sitters. They said he scratched the owners daughter. Sorry to hear that but having him three years you should know how to handle him. I am very disappointed and would not even ask about this year.

Oscar's always treats my dog great, even when he is reluctant to socialize. They definitely seem to care and works with him during his stays to give him his best experience.

I took my 2 dogs today for grooming. They have been groomed every 8 weeks. One is 15 lbs and the other is less than 5 lbs. Oscar’s website gives a fee of $50-55 for dogs 5-20 lbs. when I picked them up they said one was $60 and the other $65. They rep said it was up to the groomer. Well of course the groomer is going to charge a higher price. I feel this is false advertisement. Maybe the owner needs to set pricing and stand behind the pricing they advertise. Very disappointed.

We love Oscar's. We've done training with our Great Dane there and we send him there for boarding when we're on vacation. He is always happy to go back and they are always so friendly and helpful.
