If you enjoy browsing without being bothered, this might be the store for you. I walked around the entire place for a long while and wasn't greeted by anybody. It looks like they were all clustered at the register just talking to each other. There was a young guy with a name badge straightening clothes on racks. He made eye contact & smiled as I left. Their sale and clearance prices were not bargains! This really felt like a regular store & not at all an outlet. It was smaller inside than I expected too. So disappointing especially since I drove a distance to get there.

Nice store but is very expensive.... And they only carry like 2 fly rods. Not sure why they wouldn't carry more being an Orvis outlet

Customer service was awesome. Tag on the shirt said Chad, so give Chad a raise. Actual selection of fishing gear is very fair, BUT it's heavily discounted so I get it. Hit or miss kinda thing. Large selection of clothing.

Usually great sales a few times a year. Double check their address. Lots of dog stuff and clothing and some fly fishing items.

This is a nice store in a sad little part of the outlet center. They have PLENTY of parking (see sentence #1) and good selection of Orvis items.They have pet items which I find interesting but expensive, even at outlet prices. There is a good selection of shoes and boots but sizes are limited. Also, check online before you buy.

Wish i can get out here more often. Their sales are great especially on holiday weekends.You just cant find a selection of Orvis like this anywhere.Been coming out here since they opened but with the retail stores around the Orvis about to be turned into a business park i wonder how long they will be here.
