It feels pretty spread out and lonely in the store but that doesn't stop the staff from being friendly and helping you find what you need.

This is a terrible place to work and shop. Prices are way too high barely any good respectable workers there. The boss is a joke and her other two managers. Treat employees like crap and talk about them. She will act like she's friendly for the interview the next thing that happens she's treating you like your a nobody. So I left went and got work at a company that appreciates their employees. I'm at my new job she sends one of her employees to my job to be nosey. I guess she was trying to intimidate me but that didn't work. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

I've never been so embarrassed in my life. I've made my last Office Max purchase. I purchased over $500 worth of items online. Tells me it will be ready in 20mins for pick up. I live 30mins away, so I figure 10mins to spare. I arrive and I can tell the type place this is. Hits me with let us check our system, and 30 mins turns into a hour. So the person who is suppose to get my order has two options. 1) We can give you your money back in 3-5 days and you can buy the items we have already charged you for again, or you can wait 5 mins or a day for your order to go through. Oh and he figured it would be best to yell that out to the entire store.

Yesterday I came into the printing center to get help printing a Christmas gift. At the paper center, the was a young girl who was so sweet and had dark long hair. She helped me pick out paper and directed me to print. The store had other customers while I was there but I felt well attended to and the prints turned out amazing. I would recommend this store to any friend, even if you are not tec-savvy because she made it so easy to print.

Don't expect good service here. Guys at the register not helpful at all. In fact they act like they would rather you weren't there to buy something.
