Bought tires from this company and wheels for $2500. Four months later, took it to get inspected and it failed inspection because of the tires that they sold me the tires could not handle the weight load of the vehicle and would not pass contacted the company, and they refused to make it right

Hands down the best 4x4 shop in the area. I can not say enough about the team there. They know what they are doing, and in my case, they fixed a dealers mistake, set me up with some new rims, installed several suspension components and aligned it. You can not ask for more than that. What impressed me the most is that if they had any questions, they called before they did anything. That shows me they not only take pride in what they do, but ensures there are zero communication issues. I am incredibly happy with everything I have had done there, and it is done right the first time. No take backs! Now, onto the audio side of things.......They have that too!Thank you guys!!!! You ROCK!!!Scott Stover

I went to 717 car audio to get my car dash cam installed and as soon as I walked in gave my name curt said let me get your keys I am on it I asked Jeremiah about the car speakers and how it works and he just started feeding me constant knowledge of stereo systems witch I appreciated it also black Jesus was also by Jeremiah and jumped in on the convo and started breaking down how they do car events witch I found cool highly recommend these guys. They was very polite to all customers that came in while I was there.

I had a 2013 Sentra and decided to upgrade my radio after going to a few places and being told I'd have a few month wait I decided on 717 audio they were available in a week or two. after talking with the audio guy and having my wife say we don't want junk he assured me they don't sell $&&$. little did I know they do in fact sell &&@&. we agreed upon a price and paid. took in my car in January for the install. I was told we bought more expensive wireless radio but they never installed the wire which I was assured would be included. not a huge deal its wireless and I can charge my phone with the cigarette lighter. come March and every few days my radio completely resets itself. tunes into a Christian talk station and forces me to hit the skip button on some weekly test. then I'm forced to reprogram everything. after a while I contact them, I'm told I need to download an update for my non $&@$ radio. I tried to do it and because the radio didn't have the wire they choose to not install I had to take it in. five phone calls over a two hour period are ignored. I go into the store and of course it's empty if customers. screening my calls. probably. they set up a date a month later to have my car updated with the firmware update to fix the weekly test issue. ( it only fixes the issue for a month). now I'm stuck with a radio I paid 500+ dollars for and 500 for labor install and it works like crap resetting every week or two having to be reprogrammed, not to mention the fact it doesn't always connect with my phone. the screen stays black half the time and my gps works about 25% of the time. I guess that could be the phone though. yo sum it up this place sold me a $&@$ radio. they only have three models of radio all the same brand and model just slightly different. Wired, wireless, and gps enabled. I'd avoid these guys unless you want $&&& too and to have them ghost your calls and force you to go into the store to have them do something they could have easily done over the phone. I wont even get started on the back up cam they installed which worked like complete crap when I first left their shop. they managed to make it slightly better after the firmware upgrade but it's still barely useable. 20 feet away from a vechicle and the camera shows the car right up in my number.

First off I want to say to everyone, give the new owners a chance. I was was dealing with all the issues that most of the revies were complaining about. Not being able to get anyone on the phone, not getting any call back when they promised, etc. All of that changed when the new owners took over my order. Within a week of them being able to find the rims for my Frontier, they gave me 2 options to go with. Once I made my choice, they explained that it could be up to 4 weeks to get the rims in since they had to be drilled for my bolt pattern. I agreed to this timeline and to my suprise, Jermiah called me back in a little over 3 weeks to say that my rims and all other parts are in the shop. I scheduled the work to be done and it was completed in the time frame they gave me. I know a lot of you may not want to give ORC a chance because of all the issues in the past, but I can assure you that the new owners are on top of things and your experience will be great. I will post the pictures of the work they did on my Frontier soon, I just wanted to get the review up to let everyone know that the new owners are very customer driven and will take awesome care of you. Great job 717 Companies @ ORC...

Bad business practices!!! Don't go to the new owners of Offroad Central, whom also own 717wraps and 717audio. Quoted for 6hrs, at $90/hr, of labor to install front seat heat pads (told 2 hrs or so for pads) and front/rear seat covers into my wrangler and despite putting the seat covers on myself, was still charged for 6hrs of labor!!! Jeremiah, who I dealt with, as well as other staff in the show room, barely acknowledged my existence were unpleasant to deal with. Crooked business practices! This was my 1st experience with them and last. I'll drive an hour away to another business before I go back there.

TERRIBLE AND UNEXCUSABLE COMMUNICATION!! Good luck getting a call back from these people and WHEN you do, sit back and enjoy all the excuses of why things aren't done or why they need to keep your vehicle for DAYS on end. Some are completely absurd! I read all the reviews about how bad their communication is but thought "in the age of cell phones, social media, texting, direct messaging ect, how/why word the communication be bad?" Well, it truly is that bad, unless you're family or friends with them, you don't even register on their priority list as a PAYING CUSTOMER with a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!! Its a shame that there isn't a option for ZERO stars. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Ok here is an honest review for Off Road Central. Let me start with this it was my 1st time working with these guys so I really had no idea what to expect but my hope were high. I read some reviews before I went in and I talked with Barb and she was super nice and very pleasant to talk to. My only ding would be it is very difficult to get a hold of these guys which can get frustrating and there were days I was going to pull the project away which btw was a huge under taking I brought them a brand new Rubicon unlimited extreme Recon edition which I paid $67k and have them take All of the suspension off of it ( which was crazy on my part) and add a 4.5 lift 38 inch tires new rear bumper, axle steering and steering stablizer! So to say I was a little worried would be a huge understatement! I was having trouble sleeping from all the worry and not being able to get a hold of anyone just added to my misery. The good newsWhen I would have to drive in (which is a little inconvienent I know...) Barb would put my mind at ease and she basically tell me that no matter how mad I would get that they are not going to rush my build because don't do that and promised I would be happy when they are done so I trusted her and I am glad I did! My Jeep turned out awesome and I even brought it back to have them go over it after 30 days and everything came out better than I could of expected! If you can get past the communication issues the craftmanship is beyond good. Give these guys a shot and know like any place there is stuff that could be improved (communication) but end result will be well worth it! Thanks ORC for all the hard work!

I don't like to write negative reviews. However, I gave this business a chance to call me back. I paid for running boards many months ago and was told they would be available in 3 weeks. I have called to follow up 6 times. A guy answered the phone the 3rd time I called and he said that someone would call me back - they did not. They have my $400. Every time I call I leave a message - can't ever get anyone to answer the phone. I have left a message every time I have called. The last 2 messages I left, I explained that if I can't get a phone call back, that I will have to resort to the online review community. I even waited an extra few days after leaving the final message. I'll be contacting my credit card company to report and try to obtain a refund. I'm sure they are nice people and I'm hoping everything is ok, but there are other reviews that point out the same issue.
