If you like your vehicle, for the love of God don't take it here. I took my 2015 MDX in for state inspection. I was told the battery was bad which I didn't doubt, and also told/shown that my struts were getting bad and should be replaced. I scheduled the work and had all 4 struts replaced. The store's alignment machine was not working so I had to go to another store for an alignment. Now anytime I am on the accelerator over 60mph, my car shakes badly. I returned to the store to have the car looked at again and now am told that the front axles need replaced too. They clearly did something wrong and now my only options are to take it to a real garage to get fixed or trade it in. Beware, this is an awful place to have work done on your car. I will never use the store or chain ever again, even for tires and will recommend the same to anyone that I know.

These people are miracle workers. I was out of state and returning home tomorrow. Discovered I had a nail in my tire the night before I was supposed to leave. They pulled it in and fixed in within minutes. Jamie was terrific. Everyone's attitude was fantastic. If you ever need new tires or have to deal with an emergency, these people are the place to go.

This shop bailed me out in a huge way. I was also turned away by my local garage, one phone call here and they were happy and willing to accommodate. They repaired my tire quickly despite it being close to shop closing. Happy to add an Allen wrench to the jar of road hazards!

I went to Mavis on Manheim pike for a slight tire emergency. 10/10 will be returning for all tire needs! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They fit me in immediately, as it was an unexpected repair, and made sure to take care of my car in expedited time to ensure I wasn’t left waiting too long. By far the best service I’ve ever received in the area!

After being turned away from another local tire repair shop I immediately looked up the closest shop to me as my tire was losing air quickly and I had my son in the car with me. The crew at Mavis was so kind and helpful. Not only were they able to accommodate me, they were able to fix my tire in about 30 minutes. The staff was efficient, friendly, professional and extremely kind. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you so much for your help today.
