I called the store to see if they would replace a battery. They told me to come in and they would see if they could replace it. I took the watch the store and they wouldn’t service the watch because I didn’t buy it at that store. They told me to take it to another jewelry store! I am completely disappointed with Movado for having stores that won’t service their own watches. I’ll never buy from them again.

Sold me a defective watch claims it was never defective when sold movement tells me incorrect time and crown broke less then 2 months and they can not help me anymore then that poor customer service

Staff was not cordial. Offended by the policy of not allowing even two watches to be compared. They don’t trust their customers. Movado is a good brand but their policies needs revision and staff needs more training.

Super helpful and responsive staff even during Covid 19. They were the only thing in Lancaster County today that was pleasant to visit. Great service changing my existing watchs' battery and dwcide to pickup something new while I was there.
