Great customer service, they need to put their annex on the website and on the customer portal as well as the lease.

I fell into financial hardship when i injured myself at work. The new property manager Erin Buckwalter was FULL of compassion, and had different and affordable options for me to bring my account to good standing and save my unit from auction! As if that was not enough help, every call and e-mail i made to her was answered quickly if not right away! Erin has impeccable customer service and such a kind heart!
One more mention to the amazing staff at Moove In Self Storage, the property is always spotless and they are always looking to lend a helping hand!
10 out of 10 love storing my personal belongings here and would 110% recommend!

Sign up and everything was easy and went fine. I am a return customer. This time I got a bigger unit and it was away from the inside facility and hard to find, directions could have been better

Very friendly and accommodating local staff. Clean and very secure. In building storage available. Moving carts available for inside units. Multiple access doors for inside units, and drive up for outside.
