This is the best place in Lancaster to take your car if you have a problem, they are fast, careful, and incredibly kind. Just today went in to get my light fixed and was not even charged for it and it works perfectly.

I came to this location this morning because my driver's side windshield wiper broke as I was driving to my daughter in Philadelphia. I was treated with extreme courtesy, professionalism and respect. The gentleman, who helped me, saw that I was extremely upset and scared and he calmed me down and wished me a safe journey after the repair was complete. I would highly recommend this location to others.

John Keller did a great job with my vehicle. I had an issue with my brand new car battery; turned out the cable was fried and he was able to change it quickly. He even checked my tire pressures for me and made sure they were filled appropriately. Would highly recommend coming here for your car service needs! I will certainly be coming back for any issues with my cars in the future

We were here from out of town. On our way here someone let us know that both of my brake lights were out on my car so I called Auto Zone to get the bulbs. Auto Zone told me about Monroe Muffler and to ask for John. He was so helpful and pleasant. He put in the bulbs for me in my brake lights and decided to check all the bulbs. He did not charge me a cost to put the bulb in at all. John the owner was so nice and helpful. I was so pleased with his personality and his smile. A job well done! Thank you John!! I recommend Monroe Muffler!

I had something puncturing my tire and I called to see if they could help. They were super friendly and said they could see me immediately. They didn’t try to force a new tire on me. Instead looked at it and patched it. I’ve never had such great service!
