I don't recommend it, guys, never. I had an appointment for 8:00 am on 8/27/2024. I sat there for an hour, didn't wait, picked up the tires and went to another service.

We are very grateful that we stopped to this shop. We had a brake issue while vacationing in Lancaster and they got our car right in without a wait. They were able to resolve the issue rather quickly and explain things thoroughly. Very friendly. We highly recommend this shop!

These guys really helped me out. I took a screw in one of my tires quite a distance from my home. They got me in and repaired the tire and got me on my way in under and hour. Top notch service by Jonathan and his team.

My tire pressure light went on. I stopped at Monro at 1529 Oregon Pike, Lancaster PA and received excellent and immediate service. They found a nail in the tire, repaired it, and charged me a nominal fee. The best part was hearing how the Store Manager spoke to his Techs. They were so respectful to each other. Jonathan Rosado, keep up the great work. It was refreshing to see a SM treat his Techs so well. I had a great experience. Well done.

I was losing air in my rear tire and needed to have it repaired right away… John at Monroe was wonderful, taking me right in and doing the repair while I waited. Their price was better than anyplace I’ve used before and the work was done right!!!

Needed to get a tire plugged ASAP on a Monday morning. They were able to get the work done, while I waited (~20 minutes). Quick, professional, and very reasonable price.
