“My husband’s phone took a bit of a dip in the Gulf of Mexico while on vacation, so upon return he was in need of a new phone. We tried the Apple Store initially, but the only options for payment both required a hard credit check and couldn’t be financed with Verizon, our carrier.

Deciding to avoid that hassle, we went to the Verizon in the mall. I must say this was probably the smoothest experience I’ve ever had with a Verizon store. Sophia was the most down to earth person and guided us through the entire experience with expertise and calmness. The people before us even hyped her up when leaving the store. Got us set up with a new phone and a pretty significant discount for the iPhone 15 Pro.

Solid experience for a situation that was slightly stressful and unplanned. Def recommend.”

I was upset that the store had been closed early as said on google they were open till 8 which was actually not the stores fault as to the hours being updated.
