well went an spent a good amount of money to get my truck fixed. i open tailgate this morning an i find used parts an rags . because the mechanic used bed of my truck for a table . i’ve never had issues with this place before . but this really irritates me. an i call to complain an i get told he must have forgot to take it out. bed of my truck ives is not a table .

I cannot say enough positive things about this place!!
About a week before I planned to move north to Vermont, I started noticing a noise under my car’s hood. Horrible timing. My partner recommended I try to get in at Mike’s. Luckily they had time for me on Tuesday (we had to drive up on Thursday).
They ran a full diagnostic of my car and identified the horrible noise and gave me recommendations for maintenance before my trip. They were able to do all the necessary work within 2 days, and I was on the road just in time to leave on Thursday!! And now I also have a list of other smaller things I can work on for my car in the coming months.
These guys are awesome and genuinely want to help and provide good service. Highly recommend. Thanks Mikes Motor Zone!

I would give Mike’s Motor Zone 10 stars if I could. They were amazing. They were super helpful when I was looking at a used vehicle for my work purposes and I felt I had someone in my corner during the buying process. They even stepped right in when the car had a small issue I couldn’t figure out. Not only did Mike step in promptly, but he even came in early the next morning to get it done. Unbelievable customer service. Always a welcoming voice, I appreciate that Mike’s Motor Zone has my back. Do NOT hesitate to use their services. They won’t let you down.

Great Place for all your service needs! Staff goes above and beyond to help. Fully digital shop, you get a text message with a link to see pictures, video, etc of your vehicle including any recommended service work. They also have loaner vehicles to use while yours is in the shop, and if you need to pick up after hours, they have lock boxes they put your key in so it's safe and secure and you can pick up whenever you're available. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs service on their vehicle from basic oil changes and state inspections all the way up to full diagnostics. They work on just about every make & model including hybrid, & full electric vehicles. (Tesla included) Give them a call, you'll be glad you did!

The folks at Mike’s made it easy to schedule the service for my vehicle. It was convenient to drop off the vehicle after hours and they provided regular updates on progress during the servicing of the vehicle. I will definitely consider Mike’s my “go to service station going forward”

My battery died Tuesday AM. I called, Michael said bring your car in and we’ll take care of it. By 4:30 same day I was driving home with a new battery. This is why Mike’s Motor Zone is my shop of choice.

The people are really nice, but they charge me 162 dollars for a burn out license plate light on my dodge rebel truck. Way over priced never will i go back there again. I should of took my truc,k and did my self as it was in for inspection. .

First time going to Mike's and I was very impressed. Making an appointment on line was very easy. Check in went smoothly. Michael was very clear on repairs that were recommended. And the price was fair and reasonable. I would recommend highly!
