I’ve only needed body work twice in my life. The first time, with a shop North of Lititz was not good. With Mikes Body Shop the experience was fantastic.From the first phone call the communication was great. Travis gave me all the information I needed and continued to do so throughout. They were able to fit me in within a very reasonable time frame, and kept me updated. The drop off and pickup was smooth and easy. Most important, the work looks great.Don’t let the somewhat small size of the shop fool you, they are professionals through and through.

Could not be happier with Travis and his shops work. When I asked him about repairing a part, as my insurance company suggested, his answer was "If we can't repair it as good as new, we replace the part." From scheduling to dealing with insurance and keeping me informed, Travis made this a great experience. My Mercedes looks as good as or better than new after his work! Thank you!

After my van was damaged I found myself in the need to find a auto body expert. Since I rarely had to take my vehicles to an auto body shop I searched some local businesses. I was very impressed with Mike’s Body Shop reviews. I took my van over to them and I was not disappointed. The owner took care of dealing with the insurance and after two weeks the van was finished and it looks great. First I had the idea of giving my van in trade in but I definitely will keep it now. Thanks to Mike’s Body Shop!

Had a terrific experience at Mike’s Body Shop last week. Travis was easy to communicate with and he and his team worked seamlessly with the insurance company. He was knowledgeable when questions came up and presented service options even when they went against his own financial incentives.
