Today is June 11, 2024. I literally had the best experience with the two associates who were working here today. Unfortunately the young man I didn't get his name however Mimi I remembered were the most friendly individuals I have incountered since becoming a customer many moons ago. Not only did they both helped me with my needs but we're laughing smiling which turned my crappy day into a great one. Please Please PCSMETRO accommodate them with more then just a certificate for great customer service but with a recognition of how important and valuable they are to your company. Customer service is a difficult job because we Including Myself leave jobs because we are under appreciated. Thank you so very much you too for making my day that much better ?

Park at Hager lot not city kiosks Mimi took a frustrated scared old Boomer and with skill and compassion sold new phone and supported transfer of gobs from old phone. She deserves a promotion. I needed help from a 23 year old friend to complete some transfers, like my contact list and photos, videos and from other sources like FB, and t make sure messenger was working, but Mimi made the skeleton for all to appear, and vital email to be working. Go there folks! Be relieved.

This is THE BEST Metro store there is!!! I went to 2 others & received the worst treatment. I won't mention those stores: they don't deserve it. I was blessed to find the store on King Street. And the people! Mimi & George were the ones who helped me & I couldn't ask for any better people! As Duke Ellington would say, they are "beyond category." I only have one other thing to say. Go to this store!

My phone, purchased at this store, was stolen less than a week after purchase. I went to get a refund of at least some of the 3 month service plan I had prepaid, but was given the run around. After an hour of their haggling, I gave up and left: neither of the two employees present would agree to a refund, despite supposed calls to their boss and customer service. It seems like it was the plan to wear me out until I gave up. Maybe they later pocketed the refund money. A friend who accompanied me left her Apple Air on the counter (no one else in the store) when responding to a question, and it was gone when she turned around. One of the employees had secreted it under the reception desk! Beware of this place.

The manager Diana is amazing. She helped me and my best friend get a family plan and was super helpful while keeping the busy line moving. She did better than some places with two or three people.

I have had 2 negative experiences at this location.The first time was several months ago. This location was supposed to be open but several others and myself were standing outside for approximately an hour and no employees showed up so I wound up going to a different location.The second is actually three things that caused me to have a negative experience on my second visit to this location.1. I called to ask if they had iPhones in stock. The man who answered said yes and told me which ones. I then asked what the prices were and he told me he couldn’t give those to me over the phone. Before I could even ask my next question he had hung up on me. I called back and no one answered. I needed a new phone so I decided to go in anyways.2. I decided on the iPhone 12. The female employee asked me if I wanted to add the insurance plan to it (around $16 extra/month) and I said no. She said “are you sure?” And I said “yes”. Well I paid my phone bill this month and it charged me extra money. When I called Metro they told me that I was being charged for the insurance plan which I specifically stated I did not want.3. After I bought the iPhone 12 and got home I then discovered that I needed a different (type of adapter than the previous models used. The employees did not tell me that I would need to buy one separately. They simply let me walk out of the store after spending near $1,000 and didn’t even care to tell me that the charging block I needed was not included. It wasn’t until later that night that I was finally able to get one from Walmart which caused me to not be able to make calls or texts until my phone was charged.All in all it just was not a good experience.
