I had an issue on which Marcos Salinas dodged my problem by sending me to customer service. As he stated, it was out of his hands. I agreed and he seemed correct. Then customer service agreed to fix it. But a few months later, the customer service representative who had spoken to me didn’t fix anything. My issue kept dragging for two months until I realized I was still being charged the extra fees. I called back Salina’s office to only end up speaking to his secretary who has no idea what happened since I didn’t speak to her. She started to say the wrong information and from then on it was all my fault all my fault all my fault and all my fault. That’s all I heard. She has the tendency to talk over you all the time I have called. She is rude and feels unpleasant over the phone. She sounds sick of people. One time I went to his office and she closed her door to my sister after she asked a question while we waited for Salina. It’s like usual insurances such as State Farm simply don’t care about being on your best interest but instead are as mediocre as other insurance companies and will try to get you when they can.

My wife and I have had State Farm insurance - auto and homeowners - with the Marco Salinas for more than 20 years. The service we have received has been professional, responsive and courteous. Most recently, I blacked out while driving with three passengers; fortunately there were no other vehicles involved. We are so grateful for the way in which Marco and State Farm working together have taken care of everything. Marco and his staff have been responsive when I was concerned about increased premiums and Marco himself accompanied us to Schuylkill County when we needed new insurance on an intergenerational family cottage. We are totally satisfied with Marco and State Farm.

State Farm does what I pay them to do. Make sure I have the insurance I need on my car, home, and trailer. Marco's office is there when I need help or just have questions. They are polite & friendly while being professional. I have had State Farm for almost 20 years and have had my share of claims. State Farm is well worth the cost and Marco and his staff are always available.

Unprofessional and always finds a way to screw you. Canceled my road side assistance and told me it was due to over use. So i over used a service i pay for. Which she said your not paying for it now..... yeah because you Canceled it duh. Shethen said road side assistance is only for emergencies which i replyed my car breaking down is an emergency. It not like i wanted my car to break down for fun.
