We had a terrible experience with the Lancaster PA East Store, contracted the to install 5 new interior doors. When the doors arrived the installer indicated that all of them were the wrong size after some measuring of openings and going back and fourth to his truck he indicated that he could install the bathroom door even though it was off size a tee bit. Unfortunately for me I said please do. What a s**t show. The install looked like my 8 year old grandchild did it. We have brand new laminate flooring that I specifically spoke to the store, the installers company and the installer about (please do not damage) that was damaged. There was custom cabinetry near the door, instead of removing a door and drawers he used a nail gun near the cabinet and damaged the door and the drawer fronts. It looks like the nail gun he used was a framing gun, huge holes, pieces cut short, when he trimmed the door he caused breakout on the bottom. It was/is horrible I called their installation sales phone that they give you to call if there are issues. What a nightmare. I reported the issues and 7 days later they sent 3d party out to verify the problems, who sent his report to the install company while I was standing next to him (he was appalled). To shorten this a bit I had numerous conversation with the installation sales customer service over the next month, every time I called I had to called I ended up talking to someone different. I was wanting a FULL refund and never having to deal with them again. The only thing they offered was to send the same company out to fix it and install the other doors, which I refused. I demanded to speak to a manager and actually spoke to 2 who never followed up. Its almost impossible to get to the store manager at the store and you cannot get the email address. I found him and the installation sales district manager (DM) on LinkedIn. the store replied he was on vacation and would forward my concerns to the DM of installation sales who I never heard from. I was about ready to find a lawyer and take them to court when I stumbled across the Lowes Executive Customer Service Team "
[email protected]". I emailed this sad story to them and had a all back in a couple of hours and this lady was AWSOME. After hearing my story she indicated she gave me her direct line (which actually worked) indicated she would follow up on a certain date after reviewing all of my complaints and she did! She called with an offer of a full refund and some additional cash to repair damages, which I countered for some additional cash, and we made a deal. A few days later the store called me and indicated that the check was there for us to pickup. I have been a Lowes customer for many years but no more. the gist of this -- NEVER USE LOWES INTALLATON SERVICES FOR DOOR INTALLS, EVER.

I'll tell you first off I love this Lowe's and have even worked here while I was in highschool years ago but today was by far the worst experience I had with an employee and the only bad experience I've had at this Lowe's. I went in to look at some fridges as a Christmas gift and I found a fridge that I loved the lady I am talking about I do not know the name but she came over and asked if my cousin and I needed any help I didn't hear her the first time so I responded in a happy manner "what's up?" And she asked again by her manner of speaking and the mood she had I said no. I proceeded to figure out if this was the right fridge while an older lady who was extremely nice approached and she helped us out I went to buy the fridge and didn't see the older lady and the younger women said she could help us with a bad attitude so I went over I asked if military discount was approved for this item as it was marked down for black Friday and she declined with a no it doesn't in the worst manner ever as we were checking out to get the number to take over to the register she just proceeded to be miserable and not hide it in any way I understand if your having a bad day I've had many but when I'm working I do my best to not show it but she just didn't care at all, all her questions and answers were extremely disrespectful and she just had the worst mood ever when I went to check out I had two employees guide me through what to do with the number to pay for the fridge they were extremely nice and when I checked out the guy was extremely nice also I'm just disappointed in the service of this specific women it made me not even want to buy the fridge and if it wasn't a gift I would have never bought it because of her I would of went to another Lowes.

Google says that they cash payroll checks. I went in to do so. They were rude as they told me that they do not . I conveyed that Google says that they do and left.

The staff on the floor have all been very helpful. My rating is 2 stars because I had a bad experience in which they had me waiting outside for a new propane purchase for over 20 minutes when it was under 30 degrees and windy. They kept saying they'd "be right out." It would have been longer but I went in and tracked someone down to open the cage. At the time, the customer service desk had one customer and three employees there.Also, their cleaning supplies are significantly more expensive than the same product elsewhere. Do a price comparison next time and save your money.

I stopped in yesterday at lunch to purchase a 3 prong converter. I went up and down the electrical aisle several times until I became frustrated and went to customer service. A gentleman asked me if I was there for a pickup. When I told him what I was looking for, he told me exactly where it was and then walked there with me to find it. I wish that I had gotten his name because I want to let you know how great a job he did.

After having a nightmare experience at Home Depot, I decided to try my luck at Lowes. I needed salt Crystals and once there I asked if someone could help me. I instantly was told to just go ahead and pay and they'll load the bags in the car.The people who worked there seemed pretty happy at their work place. I particularly want to mention Jared who helped me to load the bags and Kerry (spell) at the self checkout place.Absolutely incredible experience!
