My first appointment here with my dog was extremely quick and didn’t feel that enough of time was taken with me and my dog as a first time dog owner. My second appointment has made me never want to return. As soon as I entered, I was told that I was 15 minutes late and that I needed to reschedule. Regardless of the miscommunication, there was absolutely zero compassion towards my dog as we were there for a problem visit. When I returned home, I received my dog’s medical record as an indicator to not return. If they don’t care about customer service, they sure don’t care about my dog.

Always friendly. Willing to check anything out that you have a problem with. Very good with the dogs. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Dr Lewis has been my primary vet for MANY of my babies as well as my mothers and has always shown NOTHING but care and compassion for them. I worked there as well and can say this practice has a very high standard of cleanliness. I loved working there and loved staff and managment. I HIGHLY recommend Lincoln Highway Vet Clinic to all of my friends searching for a good vet to care for their pets.
Each of my babies are healthy and happy and have all seen Dr Lewis ?

ABSOLUTELY love this clinic! Staff is amazing especially Christal and Dr.Lewis!!! Thank you for all your help and getting Bella her anxiety medication! She’s a happier less frightened girl! ❤️❤️❤️ 100/10 recommend! Been going for years and haven’t been disappointed!

Yesterday we had to make the decision to put down our almost 13-year-old dog, losing a pet has been one of the worst feelings I’ve felt in my entire life, but there’s a vet tech that works there, I have yet to catch her name, but I will be bringing her card very soon because of how beautiful of the person she is inside and out! she had worked with my family with our older dog over the last 7+ months of his life. She was not only so supportive, but the comfort that she brought me in such a terrible time is something I can’t even explain and I am so thankful to meet her, even though The circumstances were an absolute heart break for our family.
She truly loves her job and the way she treated Us is something we will never forget.
Lincoln Highway vet clinic has a very special person that works for them!! and Because of her, I will always recommend this vet clinic. I still can’t get over the impact she had on me, and how comforted I felt by her, even though only meeting her for the first time. I was obviously in distress because of the loss of my dog, but she truly has brought me so much comfort. ( if you’re reading this, just know I am so grateful for you and I’m sorry that I did not catch your name, I will be dropping a card off for you though soon)

Brought my bearded dragon here last week.
Went elsewhere for a 2nd opinion, wanted an x-ray emailed to the new Vet. We called them 2 days in advance, they said they sent it, never did. Now it's a Saturday, they're closed, I'm at the veterinary hospital and have to pay $150 all over again. I guess correctly sending an email is difficult? Thanks Lincoln Highway Vet Clinic!

Dr. Lewis is second to none, I trust no one else with my pets. I own reptiles & struggled to find anyone to see animals. Dr. Lewis is extremely knowledgeable and willing to assist. I drive over an hour for his services and it's worth it every time.

I can't thank Dr. Lewis and his staff enough, it's difficult finding vets that take reptiles in the area. On 2 separate occasions they've gotten me in on the same day with little notice and given my pets the medical care they needed, after a dozen other vets turned me away. On top the excellent care they provide, their pricing is better than any vet I've been to in the last decade. No unnecessary testing or trying to upsell, he truly provides what he thinks is the best course of action, and I couldn't be more grateful. If you have exotics or reptiles please don't hesitate to make them your primary veterinarian, you won't regret it.

Sick of bringing healthy pets here for routine procedures and burying them a couple days later. They schedule surgeries late in the week so they don't have to deal with any issues that may arise afterward, as they're closed weekends. After our rabbit was spayed she wouldn't eat. Staff told us to wait another day ( big mistake). The following day we called the emergency vet they referred us to on the release paperwork only to learn they didn't treat rabbits. By the time we found one that did it was too late. Zero aftercare, once they've collected their fee you're on your own.
Edited to respond: Not anger, merely disappointment. To state you've only lost one exotic animal insinuates it's my fault. Pretty nasty and affirms my decision to go elsewhere. If you check your records you also killed our hamster 2 years ago, therefore your record is inaccurate.

Angela, the entire staff & Dr. Lewis all assisted us this morning to reunite a lost dog we had found with his rightful and grateful owners. I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone that works there. They went out of their way to help on top of their already demanding work loads. They truly love and care about animals and their well being. I’m forever grateful and thankful for people like them and the team here.
