Leaving a review specifically about the girl who helped me, I think her name was Francis.She was super helpful and I’m very grateful! She was patient in answering my questions and helping me understand the many different options available. As someone who is new to the U.S., I wasn’t familiar with the sizing here. She explained it all and I was able to find two quality pairs. 1 had to be ordered which arrived straight to my home a week or so later. Fit is great! Thank you!

The most rude customer service. The “manager” blatantly called me a liar to my face and thought it was completely professional. I absolutely would never treat someone the way I was treated. I stood up for myself and got my bag pushed towards me basically telling me to “get out”.

I haven't gone into the Levi's in a while.So I went in this time to check it out.I was pleasantly surprised.I found t-shirts and some other items that are really nice. The staff there was very friendly and helpful.I'll go back to this store again.

Please update store hours online to be accurate. Not great walking in the store at 6 and being hurried back out because online hours haven't been updated and still say 8.

Maybe I’m just not their target type of customer (obviously not) but all jeans were $50/pair—when you buy two. Not the kind of prices I expected from a store like this.

Joelle and Susan very helpful. Prefer stopping by to ask questions on styles,fit and try on for size.Susan helped me pick out the 514 style that worked for me and suggested I try the slim fit as well 504 I think.They were very patient, even when I kept letting the door in the dressing room close and lock me out ;0)Thank You both and thumbs up for Levi Strauss having an outlet in Lancaster.
