This mom and pop motel is amazing! So comfy and relaxing. We we're excited just to get back and relax while in Lancaster. We will stay again! They are really updating this location, so don't get discouraged. They have and are doing a wonderful job! Awesome price and awesome stay!

Very nice little motel but def get what you pay for. Multiple holes in the door to the bathroom and behind the main door but other then that it's everything you expect. Very nice owners/workers

Decent place but I stayed a couple nights and have to point out some issues. I was mostly there for a place to rest but the “renovated” rooms clearly lack some common sense.-The bathrooms have no mirrors or sinks. Those are I. The adjacent kitchen area.- My bed has (blood?) stains and was not very comfortable.- Mirror in the kitchen area is literally the smallest one I’ve seen in my entire life at a hote/motel (5inches wide maybe) and for guys maybe less of an issue but for a woman needing it for makeup or hair I can’t imagine it’s pleasant.- Many of the outlets didn’t work so to charge my phone I had to unplug the only lamp in the room and use my phone flashlight as a source of light.Otherwise it’s “ok” and could pass for anyone staying in the area a day or two but definitely room for improvement.

Management is horrible !!!! They are up late and never available in the morning. Mean nasty attitudes. Under NEW Management is what the marquis posts. The room has a full bathroom but not a sink in the bathroom so the only sink available is the one in the kitchenette so that is also where you have to brush your teeth and shave if you are a man.it has a small refrigerator but has a convection stovetop. So you can only use a cast iron pan if you plan to cook. They ONLY do weekly rentals. Only !!!!! Plus you must supply all of your own toiletries. Toilet paper, soap, towels etc. And there are alot of transients living there who are loud and arquementive with others. My room had holes in the walls which looked like someone punched them and I had to SCRUB the shower. At $ 365.00 a week, no way is it worth the aggravation !

This place is no longer a motel. My reservation was cancelled without notification. I arrived expecting to check in and found out that it was turned into a boarding home by the new owners.

Our room was dirty and neglected. We found a hair pin in one of the beds, mold in the shower, dirt in the tub etc. Skip the inn and just go for the restaurant.

No longer operates as a hotel. Current management is apparently being frustrated with the number of calls for reservations. Probably should remove from your site.

The owners were very attentive to our needs from check in to check out. We were there for 3 nights only 3 stars for three reasons, 1) The door was very difficult to get shut and lock and no deadbolt or chain. 2) There was not anywhere to hang your clothes had to use handle on the door. 3) Chair in room not very comfortable. The good was it was clean and bed was pretty comfortable. It is also located close to so many things. If we go back to Lancaster might stay here again.

I was pleased to stay at this hidden gem and would do so again. My room was clean and had charmingly nostalgic furniture and a four-post canopy style bed. The grounds were well maintained and I found the staff welcoming and personable. The only downside was the room smelled a bit smokey which I easily remedied with a bit of Febreze spray and a decorative cinnamon broom I happened to have from earlier shopping. Overall, my stay here added to a wonderful trip.

Very cute and very hospitable. The manager showed us to our room to make sure it met our expectations and then continued to look for a brochure to a place we were looking for even after we left for dinner. The brochure was in our door when we got back. He lent us a can opener and let us hold onto it overnight. We were pulling a trailer and he showed us a safe place to park it and even guided my husband as he backed out. The manager was so helpful and friendly and the room was so cozy. I will be staying here again.

I’ve been here for a few weeks. Beautiful room, very comfortable, very clean. The hospitality has been wonderful! I will definitely come back and would highly recommend to anyone. Added bonus, the scenery here is beautiful.

My bathroom was nasty like they never clean it and when I told the lady about the bathroom and I took a picture.. she told me no I cleaned the bathroom but that was a lie .. nasty .. I stayed there before and it was different people that work there and when I went yesterday I asked she told me they left and not working... well now I will never go back there and that lady needs to know how to talk to people.. I worked at a hotel and it was never like this nasty b
