Online stated that they take Davis insurance, but when arrive for eye exam they told us they don’t work with Davis vision for eye exam only for lens. Very misleading. 137 wasted

This place is nice, they have nice frames. I HIGHLY recommend trying on the frames and not purchasing here. I ended up buying frames that were $260, I went home and checked online and found the same exact frames for $115 on various websites. It's great to go here and see what frames you like, then just order them online- otherwise your going to over pay.Also, I went in for contact fitting and they are requiring me to have a follow up appointment to check the contact lenses. I have been wearing contacts for 15 years and I'm in my 30's. I have never been to another new provider that requires the follow up. When I initially started wearing contacts, yes they made me follow up- which I totally get it. I typically try them on and they place the order for the contact lenses. I think I know my own eyes best and know whether or not the contacts feel weird- it's my body and I can make that decision on my own. They are forcing me to come back in for a follow up appointment and not giving me my prescription. According to the FTC follow up appointments are not required unless medically necessary. I asked over the phone is there a medical reason why. They said they will get back to me...I will be reporting you to FTC and better business bureau

By far the worst eye doctors I’ve been to. The staff was very rude. Starting from the older women Who argued with me about getting two week contacts versus one month because I found them cheaper on a different website. Then once she told me she would order trial pairs and said they would take a month to get in. I found out a month later when they never called that she never put the order in . after I had called and spoke to another lady, who finally ordered the trial pair I went in to pick up the trial pair. The young lady with glasses rudely said, she never said she would order the trial pairs previously, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I then went to America’s best on its pike and explains the whole story to them, this was not the first time they heard a bad story about LensCrafters.

Their whole team is wonderful and extremely helpful! Due to a cancellation from another patient they were able to see me right away for an eye exam. Angela was patient and helped me get exactly what I wanted/needed without going over the budget I had in mind. Great experience ?

Dr. Selvey and the WHOLE staff are awesome. Once you go there one time you will NOT want to go ANYWHERE else!!!They take good care of customers and care about what they do and their customers needs!!!!!

My mom broke her glasses and the folks that help me we're very efficient. I had her new glasses within 10 minutes and saved $100. That is a win-win! Thank you for great customers service!
