Absolutely love the Laura Z Tai Fine Jewelry and Watch store! Laura and Alex both make the customer experience truly special and have tremendous knowledge. Bought several pieces from them and definitely looking forward to picking up my latest purchase; a new Baumé & Mercier watch. This is a new exclusive luxury brand that you won’t find at the other watch shops in Lancaster. Definitely a store to visit if you’re looking for luxury watches and jewelry with excellent customer service.

Its interesting to me how a chance encounter while looking for a watch, can turn into one of the most trusted relationships in the watch/jewelry market. I met Alex and Laura several months ago while in Lancaster looking for a nice watch for work. Laura went above and beyond to special order French jewelry that I cannot find here in the Pacific Northwest. She is a dream to work with! I’m beyond grateful and appreciative. I had the most professional and wonderful experience buying my very special Vhernier ring from Laura Z. I have been looking for this ring in my size for a year from Milan to US and couldn't find the size 8. Laura went above and beyond to locate the ring for me from Vhernier. In addition, she overnighted so it would arrive for my wedding anniversary on time before I leave town. She is so generous, kind, friendly and honest. She truly provides a white glove costumer service and makes sure you get what you are looking for. I live in Florida and now, she would be the first person I would contact for the designers I normally shop from large department stores like Saks, Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf. I highly recommend her and I will certainly shop from them again.

Gigi was incredibly helpful! I saw online that they had the watch I wanted in stock and I went ahead and I called the store to make sure. Not only did Gigi facilitate the sale over the phone with me but she also adjusted the links on the watch for me, that way the watch would be perfectly sized once I got it. 10/10 smooth sales process. I cannot recommend Gigi at Laura Z Tai enough! Amazing experience :)

I highly recommend Laura and her team for your watch and jewelry needs! They are extremely friendly, helpful, and more responsive than others in the industry. Prices are very affordable and when my new Tissot watch arrived she overnighted it to my house. You are in great hands with Laura.

Stopped through Lancaster today to check out the breweries and left with two new watches. Laura Z Tai is a spectacular store with an exceptional selection. It's obvious that the watch brand choice has been curated by someone who is passionate about what they sell. Our salesperson Alexander was extremely knowledge, patient and a testament to why it's so much better to shop local over online. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our purchases, and will be back in the future for sure!
