Professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff. When they rebuild a starter or an alternator they do it right. They don't just replace one part to make it work and spray paint it, they rebuild it to make it last.

I have never written a review for any company. I'm so impressed with Lancaster starter. The people were so knowledgeable so pleasant. I had a alternator for an S605 AM G Mercedes very rare. They had it in 2 days and almost a $100 cheaper. Than I thought it was going to be. Very impressed

Went there this morning with a skid loader starter. Put it on the counter guy said that's a john deere starter. Didn't say nothing. He knew. He took the starter to the back tested it and took it apart quicker than the line at McDonald's drive thru. He came back to the counter said there was a service bulletin on reman starters that they over paint them and my issue is most likely not grounding correctly. Definitely will use them anytime I have an issue with an alternator or starter.

When it comes to starters and alternators only go here. Forgot autozone or the others. Had a autozone starter go bad for my moms car just a few years after replacing it and decided to go here. Friendly staff and my new starter is working great!
