kids had such a fun time at the science factory, and the adults too! we didn’t have to get our tickets ahead of time and we walked right in. its actually a parents blessing it all being on one floor, not having to wait for elevators, its so much easier than having to chase your kids from different floors. very cool, stuff I haven’t seen in other science museums.

Super interesting museum full of fun experiments and interactivity for all ages. Free and easy parking lot directly across the street. Every exhibit is hands on. The big vertical junglegym was a favorite. Other favorite exhibits included the bubble station, water station, flight station, and science bar. Several exhibits were broken, but I sort of feel like that is typical for these types of museums that are kid focused; there was still plenty to do. No outside food and drink allowed. They have nice bathrooms and a water fountain. Plenty of places to sit and rest as needed. Friendly staff.

My husband and I visited with our two year old son last weekend and we all had a great time! Even though our son was too young to fully enjoy many of the activities, we were still able to entertain him (and ourselves) for a full two hours. We loved that there was a diverse selection of engaging activities, yet the museum was small enough to tackle in one trip (unlike some larger children's museums that can easily feel overwhelming with young ones). The timed tickets also appeared to help with limiting crowds as we did not have to wait for any of the activities. We look forward to returning!

My 4 and 6 year old loved the science factory! The sight lines are great so I could easily watch both kids. The activities kept them engaged for over two hours and they would have stayed longer if we’d let them. Parking is right across the street and free. It’s wonderful when a family friendly location feels thoughtfully designed from start to finish.

This is a great little science museum perfect for elementary school aged kids. There were so many experiments for the kids to engage with, and everything was very hands on. Depending on the kid, I think this is mostly a half day activity. This is definitely smaller than somewhere like The Franklin Institute, but a great local museum. My kid was perfectly entertained for about 3 hours.

It was a parent’s worst nightmare. We were in town on vacation and it’s pouring rain. What to do?!?! Luckily we found this place and the day was saved. Our toddler loved it. So many interactive things to do and parking across the street. Bring a change of clothes because there are a few water exhibits and your kid might get wet. This is a great place for your little one to explore and learn.
