I purchased a mattress on 6/11/2024. The sales agent was so kind and nice. He explained the difference between the two mattresses I was considering and let me know which was would be better overall. I let him know I was on a budget and he didn't try to upsell me to anything that was outside my price range. Honest and professional. Will come here again for any mattress needs going forward.

We had a great experience at Lancaster Mattress Company. We were due to update our mattress after many years of the same bed. We were hesitant and didn’t know which beds we were looking for. David was very helpful, friendly and informative. He educated us on the different types of mattresses and helped us pick out the best beds for our needs. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is hesitant on upgrading their mattress.

After getting all of my wisdom teeth extracted, I needed to rest up. My air mattress decided to spring a leak at the worst possible time.
I gave David a call in the early afternoon to explain my situation. He went above and beyond to coordinate a delivery of a new mattress within a few hours right over the phone. David’s willingness to help saved me an afternoon of stress. Thank you.

This is the third time I purchase a mattress from Lancaster Mattress Company. I always check out others but return to this business.
No pressure on the sales floor. Iinterest in matching your needs to the right product. Professional and friendly staff.
The delivery duo was careful and kind enough to remove the new mattress so I could put on the bed skirt that I had forgotten to mention.
Overall, another excellent transaction with Lancaster Mattress.

We went to Lancaster Mattress Co. today.(14 January 2024) We were greeted by Dave who explained their operation, types of mattresses, and their composition. He made suggestions bases on our needs and sleeping styles. Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful and at no time did he pressure us. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for your next mattress.

This was the first time I had ever purchased a new mattress. I did a fair amount of research online, and quickly realized that I just needed to head to a showroom and test them myself. Tried both Lancaster Mattress and a large retail chain, and the experience couldn't have been more different. The folks at Lancaster Mattress are knowledgeable and do not annoy you with pressure sales tactics. They simply help you find the right fit, and their prices are right in line (and sometimes better) than others. This is a great option if you don't want to buy a mattress in a box online without testing out first.

Our salesman David was very polite, He didn't try to talk us into buying or not buying any particular mattress. He was very informative about all of them.We checked another store and the salesman tried to talk us out of buying a particular mattress. Needless to say, we went back to Lancaster Mattress!
