I won't say much about the 1st room, but the 2nd room was excellent. I was initially very disappointed, a problem was not sufficiently corrected, but eventually I got a much better room.

Amazing experience this last weekend at the Marriott Lancaster. Shout out to Zaineb - amazingly swift and helpful with the check in process and the hotel exceeded expectations all weekend long.
