Just left your store and feel extremely uncomfortable and upset thanks to one of your associates. I just simply ask if he know any information about kitchen Hood vent. It's a brand new in box on the floor and the price is $ 399. . I asked him why it's so expensive , is anything special about this product? He told me I'm asking too many questions he doesn't know . He was acting very clearly that I was bothering him . And also he told me if I know other places with the similar products and different prices I should shop there not at this store... Terrible terrible service!!!
It's his job to provide a customer service and answer the question and if he doesn't want to do so he shouldn't work there. Very unkind and rude.

Visited your store today to check it out, & I will NEVER be returning to any of your facilities again unfortunately thanks to one of your associates today that did the most appalling thing I've witnessed in a long time. As I am exiting your store a little old man and his very hot and uncomfortable looking elder aged dog were standing there (2 feet from your restrooms with plenty water) and the gentleman was asking your associate ever so politely if she could help him out with some water for his dog. And because this man was wearing a Trump hat she looked at him and said, so rudely "I have to get back in here!" Now last I checked this place is supposed to stand for "charity" and or "goodness in the world" and also last I knew that poor dog had nothing to do with politics!! But that was one of the most ugly & unkind things ive ever witnessed in my life and I won't be returning!

We have gotten so many nice things at very fair prices from the Restore locations around the region. The new Lancaster location is incredible, makes shopping there a great experience. And for some of the critics, the store is a non profit with many volunteer workers handling a large variety of stuff, the customer service experience isn't necessarily going to be what you might get at Nieman Marcus, but neither are prices.

We just moved into a house and needed storage cabinets, furniture and misc items. I found great deals here! I love this store and I love reusing rather than buying new. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I had been to restore when off of greenfield road and had good experiences . Went to their new location today, took a tag off off dry sink , the manager tells me to leave half the ticket on furniture - that was a mistake. Went back to look at it and it was gone. Asked the guys in back and it wasn't there They sold it to someone else - guy at register never even asked the person for the yellow take on furniture and he has worked there a long time - response was " I didn't know" I then go to back to pick up what I paid for and get asked to see receipt. Didn't ask customer for tag but ask me for receipt.
NEVER BUY FURNITURE THERE WITHOUT MAKING SURE STAFF TAKES TO THE BACK OR YOU PAY FOR IMMEDIATELY. THEY WILL SELL IT EVEN IF YOU HAVE TAG. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL. STAFF NEEDS TO BE EDUCATED.

A very unfortunate first experience in the store. Asked a quick & fair question, “Is the price negotiable on this piece of furniture? We noticed a fair amount of damage on it” and the employee Ben sharply said “it’s a $1,500 item and it’s priced accordingly” and he immediately walked away. Considering the ReStore mission, “seeking to put God’s love into action,” you can do better! :)

I bought 3 dressers for $130 TOTAL!I was refinishing them so it didn't matter that 2 were in OK condition. The tall boy dresser was in perfect shape! There are great items to be found here and all the staff I encountered were super nice! They even have a return policy!

Odd little store eith a lot of things to buy. Not just used items- there is a lot if brand new things too. Some is just junk tho. Definitely worth checking this place out!
