This lab is close to my family doctor's office, so it's very convenient for me. Check-in is very efficient, and I normally do not have to wait to have testing done. The nursing staff is extremely professional and will go the extra mile to make patients comfortable. AND they are good at what they do. They open promptly at 6:30am so I can get testing done before work - in & out in no time. Highly recommended.

I had blood work done this morning and I couldn't be any more impressed. I have a phobia of needles and I warned them of my fear. Thankfully the nurse was very kind and expressed her patience with me. Another nurse then came to hold my arm as so it wouldn't move when the blood was drawn. And even a third nurse was there talking to me to try to get my mind off of the needle. Amongst my hyperventilating I really felt like they were taking care of me. I didn't pass out like I normally do and they actually had me smiling through my tears. On top of all this the nurse who drew my blood did and amazing job. Normally my entire would be covered in bruises but not this time! Not a single bruise! I am so thankful to have a place like this to get my blood drawn.

I really enjoy the environment the ladies are very welcoming and very nice and friendly. They take their time and talk to you. There not rushing you around when they check you in. Now keep in mind I've been dealing with this place since 2012 because I was in a MVA and I broke my neck in 2 places and I should have been killed. They took care of me because I had to have X-ray's before every appointment with Lancaster Neuroscience and Spine. Which couldn't be more convenient ... It's above this place. Thank you for always being happy friendly and welcoming

We just stopped there while on vacation in Lancaster to get our toddler's lungs checked since she has been coughing at night. The facilities are super clean and the attention is super courteous and professional. Excellent bed side manners from the receptionist the doctor. We highly recommend this place
