In and out in less than 2 minutes, dropped off 3 TV's for free! Since it was dark, I couldn't quite read the directional signage, but one of the truck drivers came to my rescue. Excellent service!

My husband and I took a load of tree branches and other miscellaneous yard waste to Frey farm landfill yesterday. When we first got there my husband was required to purchase a $10 fluorescent vest. Not a big deal but it would’ve been nice to know this requirement ahead of time he could’ve brought his own. Then after being asked if there was dirt or stone in the trailer to which he answered yes there MIGHT be we were informed it would be considered construction waste and were informed where to go to dump it. The attendant never mentioned there was a significant price difference to dump this material rather than the standard $35 per ton. After winding our way through the facility and dumping we went to the exit to pay. The attendant held out his hand for my husbands credit card without even informing him of the total which was 138 dollars! My husband was obviously very surprised and not very happy considering we could’ve run this to Eshbach and gotten rid of this for $10. We will not be returning to lcswma and will look elsewhere for a place to get rid of our trash and yard waste!

Had you updated your new hours to 3:30 I could have save myself the hassle of getting a trailer, loading it up, and arriving at 3:30, just to find your gate closed until Monday.

Great place to get rid of loads of junk easy to navigate in and out of the facility. Only complaint is smells kind of funky in there lol!

Compliance officers are very picky as to what’s allowed to be dumped and what’s not allowed to be dumped, and when asked why they are very disrespectful and rude.

My account was always enrolled for auto-pay but thank you for not picking up my trash.I worked things out with Customer Service and very happy now. Just beware the website is the best way to check on billing and even pickup time
