The project and communication was best-in-class from the start of the design to the last nail. They clearly value quality and integrity in their work. Everyone at Kitchen Encounters and all of their subcontractors were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and skilled at what they do. They handle the unexpected with ease. When I needed some work that was not on the original contract, they helped me get what I needed. Unexpected things happen in a large project (kitchen, bath, windows, doors, floors) and they worked through all of it with me.

“So, I drove these poor people crazy trying to pick a granite out for my kitchen reno. A reno that I have waited 16 years for. I had a white granite in mind. Everything I like was Marble. Then we stumbled on this Leathered Gold Titanium. It was beautiful, but mostly black. We decided to go with it. Then of course, layout day, I am driving them crazy again. Everyone was so patient. Well, install day came and I was a nervous wreck....oh my gosh - I LOVE IT! They did an amazing job and this works so well in our kitchen. The layout was a challenge to try and get the design of the white thru the black somewhat balanced. After purchasing more granite - they NAILED IT! Heather and Jeff were the best in helping me and being patient for sure!!!!!”

“Weinstein Supply stepped up when another Bathroom Supply Company dropped the ball on our Swanstone Walls and Shower Door and had the materials to us within 6 weeks. We had been waiting on the Swanstone Walls from the other company since the beginning of January 2021 and were told in July that Swanstone did not have the order and we would have to reorder at the current pricing. We cancelled that order and went with Weinstein. Rose is on the ball and answered all of our questions and went out of her way to make sure we had the best match for what we wanted. This is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.”

I found a carpet runner that was exactly what I needed, and they always have my Boyers mello cup candy. It is like peanut butter cups only has marshmallow instead of peanut butter. It also has a tiny bit of coconut mixed in with the chocolate. They are made at the Boyers candy plant in Altoona, Pa.”

“I had one of the best customer service experience today at this store 80% of my furniture I bought it from west elm. It’s my favorite furniture store. With that being said I called to the store to see if there is anything I want specifically for sofas and swivel chairs. I spoke to Ella first and she was amazing, she took her time check for all the inventory and get back to me. I drove 2;45 minutes and bought all I wanted again with Ella’ amazing support!
