I ordered a sale purse and when it arrived, it had a stain on the handle. I called the store and they immediately apologized and checked to see if they had any more of that style in stock. They set aside a new purse for me. When I went into the store to exchange the purse they were very helpful and very nice!

Staff was friendly; but, not very helpful. They greeted me when I walked in. But, no one wanted to help me when I wanted to know the price of a purse. Needless to say I didn't purchase the purse.

The prices are out of this world. But the place was nice. Like I would spend $400. on a blouse (and this was on sale.)
