I had a great experience purchasing a 1998 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra from Jones Used Cars. Braly Del Rosario is the man! Honest, transparent, and personable. I live in NY but have been looking for this particular vehicle for some time locally. Braly was able to provide the history of this one-owner vehicle and all the work that the local Ford dealership was doing to bring the car up to Jones Dealership standards. I would definitely recommend Jones Used Car Dealership! Ask for Braly, you will not be disappointed!

I worked with Sterling on the purchase of a rare, niche used car that Jones had in their inventory. Sterling was very up front and honest about a couple minor issues with the vehicle that were going to be addressed by the dealership prior to purchase. Due to parts availability and some other logistics and hurdles, the buying process took about 6 weeks to complete. The car had to be sent to a specialist which involved shipping to another location to have the work done. To say Sterling went above and beyond to exceed my expectations would be an understatement. Jones had all the work completed that they said they would in addition to allowing me to have a pre purchase inspection along with some other maintenance services completed. Throughout the entire process Sterling kept me informed and updated on the progress of the vehicle. This purchase was very unique from the start given the type of vehicle. I can’t find enough positive comments to say about Sterling and Jones used car dealership and at the end of the day, I have an amazing vehicle parked in my garage and a very positive buying experience to go with it. I’d highly recommend buying from them and working with Sterling again. It was a first class, five star experience.

Great all around experience. Very thorough, answered all my questions and gave me plenty of time to go over the vehicle before making my final decision. Im very pleased with the level of service provided to me and I highly recommend Jones Used Car Center.Carlos was awesome and I can't thank him enough for making this a very enjoyable experience.

Brady did an excellent job from beginning to end during the buying process! I bought a 2013 civic after my older civic was totaled. He was patient and allowed me to explore all my options regarding the down-payment, loan/payoff process and warranty. He was very knowledgeable and willing to share information about the car, answered all my questions, and was willing to give me a fair deal. He even said he'd stick with me looking for other cars if this deal did not work out for me. He was the best salesman I've worked with in my years of buying used cars. Purchased a car back in May 2021. Have had the car now for a year and a half and no issues. Sales person helped me secure the vehicle and waited with me as I waited for my bank to approve financing. Car was ready and I have had zero issues since. I would purchase another car here

The person that helped me with my car was super helpful in many ways, he knew how to crack jokes witch always makes it better while purchasing a car. I got offered to test drive the one i like right away. he was so respectful, a knew answers for ever question we hit him with. so if buying a car here i 10/10 recommend Braly Del Rosario.
