Quality products at affordable prices. Mr Murray is super professional and very accommodating. If you were dress shoes and stand up all day these will be your best friend.

I bought 3 pair of sharp shoes on Black Friday. The staff was very helpful and polite. Johnson / Murphy shoes are good quality shoes. I only wear Alden, Allan Edmonds and Johnson/Murphy shoes. I will be back down for some clothes.

Great shoes. Shipping was fast. I had an issue with delivery of one pair of shoes and they took care of it and received them in two days from the time they called me about the issue.

I'm a fan of J&M mostly for their shoes/boots and coats. I try to visit this spot twice a year -fall and spring to catch some bargains. This one is slightly bigger than the usual stores. For this location, it's all about the shoes/boots given the selection. I've lucked out with a couple of coats also. That said I've found the prices on their shirts don't feel like Outlet/Factory. I do like the service which has always been attentive. Although it is billed as an outlet and prices overall are lower this does not affect the experience negatively. I've ordered online also and haven't had any issues so far. If visiting Lancaster/Tanger, check them out.

Went here on recommendation of a friend. They have a decent selection of shoes, good quality. They even had deals. The salesperson explained the selection well, ended by buying couple of pairs. Check out the outlet if in area.

The clothes and shoes are amazing but the sales staff wouldn't say anything to me or greet me they were not even busy as in no one in the store but them 2. I tried 2 jacket's on and guess they didn't want a sale. Won'tbe back cause of off the service. Rather spend more for great service
