Purchased a pool pump and had it installed in August of ‘20. Pump failed in July of ‘21. No worries. Things happen. Brought it back to Hohnbergers. Call and call and call and call and call. Leave messages. Nothing. It’s unfortunate. I guess I expected more from a reputable company. If I really needed their help to fix my problem I would have been in a world of trouble. Ended up having to buy a whole new unit from another outfit willing to answer my call. Still out the pump and the $800 and Hohnbergers is in no hurry to remedy this. So temper your expectations when dealing with them.

Ordered parts on their website 2 weeks ago, got an email with order confirmation. Still waiting. I have called numerous times, no one ever answers. I have left voicemail several times, no one ever calls back.Update: The company contacted me, explained the issue and is working to make it right.
