Rudest salesman that I think I have ever encountered. I wish I would have gotten his name yesterday. Blonde guy, hair shaved back and sides, longer on top. I picked up a dress shirt that was unfolded on shelf to see size. As I went to put it back as I had found it , 10 seconds before, this guy grabbed it, left a big huff and started folding it while glaring at us. Newsflash, we didn't open it. He must not have been paying too much attention to his surroundings, or it would have been folded before us. There were only 2 other couples in store while we were there.

This isn't about their employees, they are fine. But their mens clothes are some of most shoddy shirts you can buy. Litterally everything I bought from J. Crew has not with held a year. Go anywhere else, actually not the GAP, they aren't great either.

The gals working today were wonderful. There weren't many people in the store so I felt l like I got some personal service as I tried on what seemed like half the women's section. The employees were super attentive in getting different sizes/colors if needed and checking on me as I went through my selection.

Pretty small store compared to other J Crew Factory locations I’ve been to. Low inventory - they didn’t have what I was looking for so I ventured elsewhere. Love J Crew though! Ended up ordering online.

The cashier Jennifer P. was extremely rude during the checkout process. When I asked why certain items weren’t ringing up at the clearance price she snapped at me saying that she hadn’t scanned the barcode for the clearance discount yet. She ripped the security tags off my clothes without care. Then she shoved all my clothes into a bag, threw in the receipt, and pushed the bag towards me on the counter without saying a word. Definitely will not be shopping here again…horrible customer service!!

The staff is super nice they go above and beyond great customer service. Wendy Was absolutely nice not only to us but our dog. She brought him over biscuits and made us feel welcomed in your store with Colby our ( dog). Previous store asked us to leave with our dog . The sales person was very rude about it . I was interested in few things but I rather give our business to professional & courteous staff and a company that the staff went above and beyond for not only us but our dog! Thank you JCrew
