My fiancé and I visited Inside Track because we both were in need of new sneakers. The employees at Inside Track did an amazing job helping us find shoes that were the best fit for our individual needs. Both of the employees who helped us were thorough and knowledgeable. We will be back again!

Stop buying shoes online and go here to get the best running shoes for you. I had to stop running for a couple of months from the pain caused by my shoes that weren’t the right fit for me. I stopped in and was lucky enough to be helped by Zach, who recommended the perfect shoes and socks for me. Now, I have no issues at all and am back to running daily. I am so thankful for the time, patience, and expertise Zach lent to me during my visit to Inside Track. Lancaster is so lucky to have Zach and his team!

I have some special needs (back surgery, overweight & over pronate) and they carry all 3 of the brands that were recommended to me. Our sales guy Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and after some discussion brought out some shoes for me to try. His advice was spot on for both shoes (brooks & hoka) and if my budget would have allowed it I'd have bought both. I decided on the brooks and wore them out. Tyler even honored a picture of a coupon I had taken from the clipper. For all my future shoe needs this will be my go to.

Referred by orthopedist for specific needs- salesman knew exactly what to show me (hoka sneakers) and reviewed the differences in style and fit. Before this I was unknowingly wearing a size too small. Was able to save some $ by using a coupon from the coupon clipper. Sent my mom over and she's very pleased as well It's becoming the family place to go for sneakers!!

The trip down to inside track was so worth the 40 min drive to have a knowledgeable person tell me what shoes to buy for my arch and gate. Can't wait to break in my new brooks running shoes.

I went back to pick up an ordered sneaker. It was not the correct color . Tried another one that was the color I wanted, just to be told that the orthotic would not work with that shoe. The salesman was not helpful in recommending something else. In the meantime a large dog was close to me when I was trying on the shoe. I asked once, to remove the dog from my area just to have the dog come back again. Then I asked again, and the owner of the dog got snippy and said the dog wouldn't hurt a fly. That's not the point. Dogs shouldn't be in the store. Not all the customers are dog enthusiasts.
You all lost a sale and a customer.

Great service. I had a blister from the new Hoka's I purchased 2 weeks ago. The associate gave me footbeds for the sneakers, as well as a thin pair and a thick pair of socks to try to alleviate the issue. No charge!I'm hoping it does the trick

Amazing selection! Excellent customer service!! (Yes, it still exists.) AND locally owned!!! The perfect trifecta.Loved my first pair so much that I stopped back to stock up and add variety to my every day footwear.
