Graphic Designer Jenna Kianka is a joy to work with. She is personable, funny, and kind. She communicates promptly and clearly. We love her designs - they fit the professional yet fun & whimsical vibe Compass Mark is going for. We try to be organized when interacting with Jenna, but occasionally we are not. She gives us the same high level of customer service either way. She makes my life as a communications coordinator so much easier!

Our company purchased a building to renovate which was equipped with a large 25' x 5' backlit sign. We wanted to update the sign to LED lighting and to have our company's name printed on it. I called multiple sign companies and was frustrated at the cost and lack of customer service... until I called Image360! Their staff educated me on what type of sign I have, helped me determine exactly the right color red to use, printed samples to ensure everything was perfect before printing, and helped me upgrade the sign box to modern LED lighting. The price was reasonable and the turnaround was quick. They also made signs for our backlit two-sided sign at the road. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
