Deliveries by appt only and only until noon. Had to layover to unload the following morning but Matt had my back and unloaded me as early as he could.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!! Ordered a door and took over 2 months to get. For three weeks after I placed the order I find out they didn't even order it because apparently there was an issue with paint color. But no one from Huttig called me to tell me this, I called to check on door and they said it was not ordered. Then I was told it would be delivered a certain day then never showed up until several days later. Very poorly run branch I can tell you that!!! I wonder if all are like that!! I will try to by elsewhere if I can from here on out!!!

I went into Huttig, Lancaster PA to get a super small order of screws for a project I was working on the other day. While I expected to get blown off like some places have done in the my past experience, instead, the Operations Manager, Chad, helped me directly and found exactly what I needed. He called multiple people from the warehouse in order to get exactly what I needed and in quick timing. My experience was great and their customer service was phenomenal, in my opinion.

Horrible management. This is not the military I am not a criminal to be interrogated at an interview conducted by management .. I answered the questions represented only to feel as if I was being interrogated with the same question .. as if i was being charged with a crime or being sentence .. flat out unprofessional .. was told before interview that management was horrible but I didn't believe that well now I do.. have a great day ..
