Worst place for shopping, I bought some cloths and try to return and exchange but they ask me receipt but thy never send to my email and never print and give to me ,they were saying give donations. Manager is ridiculous and inappropriate.

It was good. My son found the shirt and pants he needed for homecoming. The ladies in the fitting room were very nice and helpful especially the lady with red hair. We went on Sunday afternoon. It’s always fun and tough finding clothes for a special occasion - thank you for your service.

Great experience today. Wanted to send a compliment into HandM about the best experience I had with employee. She was helpful and funny and once I was ready to check out she even runs register. She helped me to decide on a black shirt. She was great. All I can say whoever ran till #3 at tanger outlets today I thank you. I wish I had asked for name to send in a compliment. Thanks again Chris

Walked in at 7:28 pm and was told by the sales associate, “just so you know we’re closing in 10 minutes.”
I looked at my watch and said, you’re closing at 7:40?
Sales associate says, “yes.”
I know that’s not true and understand wanting to get out of work but the attitude was not friendly and I went into Chicos immediately after and was very welcomed.

If you could find the perfect clothing store this would probably be close. The staff is so very welcoming and helpful the selection is huge and the prices are on point.

The reason I gave it 1 star and I would've given zero if I could. While on a business trip with my wife and 14 y.o. son we decided to stop in there to get our son an outfit for his graduation. While looking through the men's section we were fortunate to have this fake security follow us around the store the whole time we were in there. I felt very offended and highly upset. As we moved from rack to rack and even to the fitting room we were followed, I even stopped in mid stride turned around and he was on our heels, I proceeded to ask him if i can help him, he acts like he doesn't understand and looks away. I guess this must've been the first time in his life he's seen a black family. It was the worse feeling I had in a long time really disappointed in H&M in hiring individuals like this to profile innocent coustomers.

As a European I adore H&M, and coming back here takes me back a little bit. The staff here is friendly and kind l, and adds to the experience. They always have a good selection of clothes from business casual to street wear.

Nice store beside the fact that they charge you 10 cents for a bag now that I’m gonna throw away so no thanks that’s kinda stupid like yeah only 10 cents but I rather keep my 10 cents thank you!

The clothes are nice, the atmosphere is nice, the employees are sweet.... But I gave this one star rating because, how does a multi million dollar company not have some form of seating for its customers?? You want me to spend money at your store but not spend it comfortably. Then when I find somewhere to sit, an employees comes to me and says "you can't sit there" ? I asked "are there any chairs in this store??" She said "no" ? So I told everyone that I was with "let's leave now, don't spend nothing here, well shop at Shein". Get it together H&M, when y'all have some form of seating, I'll be back with my money to give.

Store hours are incorrect and they refuse to update them. After driving a hour now I have to entertain my two little ones for an additional hour to wait for them to open their doors. The service is mediocre and unfriendly at best.
